My husband and I have been bringing our cars to John and Elaine because they were friends of my parents when they first opened. We have brought many cars to them over the years and always receive great service - I have been to other oil change centers and I always return to John's Express Care because it really is Express service and done with Care!!

I have been going to Express Care in Mundelien since they have opened. I still am impressed by the quality of service and the friendly atmosphere. They greet you as a friend and always have a hot cup of coffee ready for you. More importantly the quality of service is tops. They don't try to sell you things you do not need and really take care of your car or truck. They have a customer for life in me. I drive there from Highland Park for the TOP QUALITY SERVICE.

I have been one of John's customers since he first opened his oil change service, Valvoline Express Care. Over the years he has taken care of my daily drivers and my classical's. It was nice to find someone that remembers old cars, when they were still new, and how to take care of them. I take all of my cars there for routine oil change, coolant and transmission flush. I can attest, that the service provided, has been with courtesy and honesty. They stand behind their service and only recommend work that needs to be done.

Service….that is what makes Express Care in Mundelein the place that I go to service my vehicle even though I live in Gurnee – about a 30 minute drive to John and Elaine’s Express Care. There is a fast lube right across the street from my home – I drive by it and a dozen others on my way to Mundelein and have been doing this for about 15 years. I take great pride in my vehicles. Always hand washed and waxed. My last car was purchased new in 1996 and put more than 170,000 miles on it. My car and I were on Chicago TV for the way that I cared and maintained her. I loved that car and gave her the best of everything. The car ran and looked brand new when I traded her in on something that I love even more – my new 350Z. OK so I ‘m an old guy that happens to like fast cars. No one else touches my car for servicing and performance cars need special care. John’s team is courteous and makes recommendations about service needs without a high pressure approach. There is another reason why I have visited John and Elaine’s Express Care for the past 15 years and that is their commitment to making the community a better place by donating oil changes to raise money for the American Cancer Society. They also support Little League baseball and many other organizations that I am not aware of. My only complaint is ….John is tight with the dollar and after 15 years you would think that I would get a free oil change once in a while or a tank of gas to make up for the drive!

I have been going to the Mundelein, IL location for years. The service is excellent and so friendly. The waiting area is clean, with current magazines, coffee, and cookies. I am always in/out in ten minutes. It's actually a pleasure to get my oil changed. The owner should be commended for the consistent service.

I wanted to write regarding Express Care in Mundelein, IL. I used to work at Medline across the street, and my husband told me about this great place to get an oil change (Express Care). I went over and met with John and Elaine. They were wonderful and were willing to work with our company, and other companies as well. The service was fantastic, and the price could not be beat. John would drop off discount flyers to us every month. I set up a lot of rates for Medline and saved them quite a bit of money and was requested to work with many charities, but the one that inspired me the most was when Express Care held a special day for all of Medline ( The price of the oil change – Full Service everything was literally cut in half) to help fight Breast Cancer. Since my sister had passed not even a year before from cancer, I was willing to work that Sunday, and help out Express Care. All I can tell you is I have never had so many people compliment Express Care about the incredible service and price. They even did a special day for people who could not make it on that designated Sunday, which was so generous and unselfish. All they talk about, including my family, is how wonderful the service is, and how wonderful the price is, and how inspired so many are by John and Elaine and all their dedication and hard work. I have had some other local companies ask about a good place to go, and I would only recommend one place, and that is Express Care in Mundelein. I will not go anywhere else. Everyone I know is happy here, and again, they are always willing to help out anyone in need. They are remarkable and have accomplished so much. I am glad to know John, Elaine, and their whole crew, and I am proud to call them my friends.
